About The Position

Join Ecolab as a Director of New Construction Business Development within our Nalco division supporting the Global High Tech (GHT) segment. The GHT Director of New Construction Business Development is responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDM) across GHT North America. This individual will manage and develop its direct reports, develop and execute the BDM GHT growth strategy, support the team in identifying and developing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding Ecolab’s market presence. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets and fostering long-term client relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 10 years of sales experience in New Construction Environments with proven sales track record, including performing Design Consulting, Project Takeoffs, Quoting, and Technical Submittals
  • 5 years of sales management experience
  • Possess a valid US Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of a major US airport
  • 50% overnight travel required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Data Center design and construction experience, working with design engineers and mechanical contractors
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
