The AES Group INC. is seeking a high-impact Director of Business Development to expand our IT staffing presence across SMB and MSP segments. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to contract execution—positioning AES as a trusted IT staffing partner within SMB and MSP ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT staffing or IT solutions/services sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business within the SMB and MSP segments
  • Strong, established industry relationships capable of generating immediate revenue
  • Deep understanding of MSP models, VMS platforms, staffing operations, and recruitment lifecycle
  • Consistent record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive engagement skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive new logo acquisition across SMB and MSP accounts
  • Activate existing professional networks to accelerate revenue generation
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on new business growth
  • Build executive-level relationships with hiring managers, procurement leaders, and MSP stakeholders
  • Identify and penetrate opportunities within MSP and VMS environments
  • Lead consultative sales discussions, solution positioning, pricing strategy, proposals, and negotiations
  • Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting
  • Monitor IT staffing market trends to strengthen competitive positioning
