Requirements

  • Strong communication, organization, time management skills
  • Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • At lease five (3) years of home health business development required

Responsibilities

  • Must have Houston and All Surrounding Areas Medical contacts and relationships developed for future growth in the industry
  • Develop and execute strategic business development campaigns
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly referral forecasts
  • Manage and track all leads and ensure they’re followed up with in a timely manner
  • Collect and analyze business metrics
  • Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
  • Build and monitor a positive perception as a high-quality provider in the local community
  • Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with working knowledge of government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors’ market positioning
