About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Building Services position. In this role, you will manage the planning and coordination of the community maintenance function. Including managing, coordinating, scheduling and assisting (hands-on) all technical maintenance activities of employees engaged in monitoring, maintaining and repairing of community and surrounding property.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5-10 years of related experience with 5 or more years progressively challenging managerial experience.
  • Technical knowledge of electronics, carpentry, painting, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, commercial kitchen appliances and sprinkler systems.
  • Knowledgeable in National Fire Protection codes, EPA, and OSHA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and coordination of the community maintenance function.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and assist in all technical maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and maintain community and surrounding property.
