We are a multi-retail operator and vertically integrated cannabis company with multiple cultivation and manufacturing facilities, alongside a growing portfolio of cannabis brands. As we prepare to launch three new brands licensed to operators worldwide, we are seeking a Director of Brand & Creative to take full ownership of brand development—from concept to global rollout—while managing the daily creative, digital, and marketing needs of our organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on creative who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about building compelling, scalable brands in the cannabis industry. As the Director of Brand & Creative, you will lead the development, launch, and growth of multiple cannabis brands, ensuring each is built for scalability, licensing, and consumer impact. You will oversee packaging design, brand identity, marketing strategy, licensing assets, website development, and creative execution across retail, digital, and wholesale channels. You will manage a team of designers, marketers, and outside agencies, driving alignment between creative, operations, and business strategy. Your vision, leadership, and execution will define the visual and narrative identity of our brands, ensuring we remain at the forefront of cannabis culture and consumer trends.
