About the Role: Remitly is evolving from a single-product remittance company into a global financial ecosystem — and our brand must evolve with it. We're looking for a Director of Brand Strategy & Management to own that transformation: defining what Remitly stands for in its next chapter, building a visual identity system that scales across products and markets, and ensuring that strategy and design work as one coherent, enduring brand. This is a build role. It sits at the intersection of brand strategy and brand identity — responsible for both the thinking and the system. You'll manage a Principal Brand Strategist and agency partners while serving as a trusted creative and strategic partner to VPs and senior leadership. The work is complex, the stakes are real, and the impact is tangible. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, with an in-office expectation of at least 3 days per week.
