About The Position
Pacaso is on a mission to enrich lives by making second home ownership possible and enjoyable for more people. We modernize the generations-old practice of co-owning a second home, combining smart technology, professional management, and a top-tier experience to create a better way to own and enjoy a second home. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Director of Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the voice, tone, and narrative of Pacaso across all brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in brand storytelling, content strategy, editorial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive the consistency and quality of Pacaso’s brand presence across owned, earned, and paid channels, while helping to evolve and scale our brand as we grow across markets in the U.S. and internationally.
