About The Position

As the Director of BizOps, you will lead the strategy and execution of our revenue and finance systems roadmap. You will be the key stakeholder in aligning business processes across the organization to increase efficiency and maximize ROI. You will act as a hands-on architect and product owner to lay the foundation for our systems.

Requirements

  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience with large-scale Financial ERP systems and 5+ years as a business systems analyst in a global organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: SQL and relevant programming languages.
  • SaaS Ecosystem Expert: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Stripe, and ERP technical "plumbing" in cloud SaaS environments.
  • Domain Expertise: Subject matter expert in quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, including revenue recognition and SaaS billing nuances.
  • Process Optimization: A proven track record of optimizing business processes and implementing master data management.
  • Agile Methodology: Ability to work within agile and waterfall frameworks to interface effectively with developers.
  • Communication: Exceptional technical and non-technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Systems Strategy & Roadmap: Own the strategy for Finance and Billing systems, determining necessary resources to fulfill project demands and "run-the-business" initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Sales, IT, Product, and Engineering to automate business processes and analytics.
  • Billing & Subscription Management: Interface with Accounting and Engineering to capture usage data, manage subscriptions, and oversee month-end billing.
  • Data Architecture: Design and manage data pipelines between SFDC, Stripe, BI tools, and Accounting systems with a focus on data governance and automation.
  • Stripe Expertise: With strong technical knowledge of Stripe, lead efforts to optimize the platform's configuration and integration across the revenue technology stack, ensuring customers are charged correctly and reflecting usage/billing data accurately within Salesforce.
  • Analytics & KPIs: Identify and establish dashboard capabilities (Sigma) to track key performance metrics.
  • Project Leadership: Coordinate large-scale projects such as technology migrations or new product launches with minimal supervision.
