The Director collaborates closely with corporate HR leaders, finance, payroll, brokers, and vendors to deliver a seamless benefits experience for team members across multiple brands and markets. This position requires deep knowledge of hospitality workforce dynamics, multi-state compliance, and the unique needs of union and non-union hotel environments.
