About The Position

We are seeking a(an) Director of Behavioral Health with Research Psychiatric Center to promote growth and unlock possibilities. The Administrative Director of Behavioral Health (ADBH) assists the ACNO in executive-level management of resources, strategic planning and development of policies and procedures, which ensure congruence with the mission, and vision of the organization. The ADBH has clinical and functional responsibility for patient care areas, nursing practice and/or special projects or initiatives. The ADBH will develop communication, knowledge, leadership, professionalism, and business skills necessary to advance to an ACNO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 3+ years of experience in management and supervisory nursing role or supervision of a direct patient care environment required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ACNO in executive-level management of resources.
