The Director of Behavioral Health & Specialty Operations is a mission-driven leader passionate about healthcare and committed to improving the lives of patients and families served by Marin Community Clinics. This individual provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and inspirational guidance across behavioral health programs and care navigation services, ensuring the highest quality of care and service excellence. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Behavioral Health & Specialty Operations is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating behavioral health & Specialty operations and grant-funded programs. This includes supervising key personnel, managing complex and confidential projects, and driving system-wide improvements that expand access, strengthen clinical integration, and promote health equity. Through thoughtful collaboration and performance accountability, the Director plays a pivotal role in aligning services with organizational goals and community needs.
