About The Position

Brooklyn Basketball brings together the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty to establish a community-first basketball experience. Our goal is to grow the game for participants of all ages through professionally-led clinics and camps, community-focused events, instructional videos, unique basketball content and much more. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Basketball. This role will manage and oversee all daily operations of Brooklyn Basketball programs including but not limited to coaching, curriculum, scheduling, planning and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of the game, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to the development of young athletes. The Director of Basketball will report to the VP, Brooklyn Basketball.
