About The Position
The Director of Banquets is responsible for leading the banquet team at Woodlands Resort, ensuring the highest quality of food, beverage, and service for all banquet functions. This role involves supervising banquet associates, maintaining effective communication across departments, and managing labor and costs to meet budgetary guidelines. The Director will also implement hotel operation policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and service standards.
