The MMJCCM is looking for a resourceful and tech-savvy Director of Audiovisual (AV) Operations and Technology. The Director of AV Operations and Technology plays a key leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality audiovisual services across all areas of the organization, including public programs, performances, community events, meetings, rentals, and the fitness center. Reporting to the Program Operations Director, this position collaborates closely with staff across departments to plan, implement, and maintain reliable and accessible A/V systems that support the organization's mission of community engagement and enrichment. The Director of AV Operations and Technology oversees the selection, installation, and maintenance of all AV equipment, develops policies and procedures for effective and equitable use of technology. This role also manages budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relationships related to A/V operations and ensures that all technical services reflect the organization's commitment to excellence, inclusion, and accessibility.
