The Director of Audiology is responsible for the design, leadership, and operation of all clinical, administrative, training, and research activities within the Audiology Department. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of audiology services across the Institute, ensuring high-quality, effective, and compliant clinical care. The Director of Audiology maintains responsibility for daily departmental operations, including implementation, coordination, and supervision of clinical services, as well as collaboration with Institute leadership to establish and maintain departmental policies, procedures, standards, and goals. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Director provides direct patient care by assessing and treating children with hearing differences.
