In this leadership role, you will champion architectural innovation, promote standardization, and deliver scalable technology solutions. You'll shape the product roadmap in alignment with business priorities and partner closely with engineering and business teams to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end solutions. As part of our Architecture community, you'll also contribute to enterprise strategy and mentor others in best practices. As an Architect within Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI), you are responsible for establishing the strategic direction, setting standards and choosing technologies across WI. You will work closely with business partners and technology teams to understand business objectives and help define appropriate architecture direction for them. By working closely with Solution Architects and Agile teams, you will assess and ensure how proposed solutions to specific initiatives align with broader WI goals and strategies. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
