About The Position

Leads, coaches, cares for, and grows teams of customer-focused software and data engineers. Thoughtfully organizes and unblocks collaboration and partnership at multiple levels, across business groups and functions to achieve the organizational mission. Provides overall financial direction in order to manage the development of business solutions budgets, controls and measurements to monitor progress. Leads analysis of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of community features to drive engagement and business goals. Translates functional plans into operational processes and strategically guides execution. Works across internal and external stakeholders to seamlessly integrate solutions that meet and enable business priorities. Builds culture of continuous improvement and model lean leadership principles. Participates in performance management to enhance associate development; sets expectations for high performing work teams; manages pay recommendations and encourages personal and professional career development. Impacts multiple functions and may act as a lead to peers on cross-functional project teams working to establish and execute business goals. Complexity Contributes to the development of company objectives and achieves goals through subordinate high-level individual contributors and managers. Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in software designing & development, software architecture, programming languages, or a related field.
