The PCSC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable Type I organization that supports the mission of PCSC. Position Summary The Director of Annual Giving and Donor Engagement is a newly created position that represents an exciting expansion of PCSC’s philanthropic program. This role plays a central part in strengthening PCSC’s annual giving initiatives, enhancing donor and church engagement, and elevating the PCSC Foundation’s digital and communications presence. This role is highly operational and hands-on, while also empowered to bring forward new ideas, recommend improvements, and help shape strategies that enhance donor participation and connection. The Director works closely with the Senior Vice President of Development and Church Relations and contributes directly to the success of PCSC’s fundraising initiatives.
