The Director of Annual Giving and Development Operations helps lead a successful and collaborative development team to meet or exceed the annual fundraising goals through multi-channel fundraising strategies, inclusive of direct mail, online giving, tele-funding, development events and managing Guthrie Circle memberships. In addition, this role oversees gift entry and acknowledgment, administration of donor membership benefits, database management, and assists with annual department budgeting. The Director of Annual Giving and Development Operations leads with a data-driven mindset and analytical frame of reference, with comfort in utilizing data and reporting resources to offer strategic recommendations and drive decision-making. This position also works cross-departmentally on enterprise solutions related to the donor/patron journey, community events, and asset creation. It also interfaces with a dedicated, thoughtful Guthrie Board of Directors, volunteers and Guthrie staff, and is visible within the Twin Cities' social and arts communities.
