Requirements
- Experience leading ancillary or clinical healthcare services or strong business accumen
- Strong knowledge of systems and process improvement and the ability to navigate regulations
- A collaborative, relationship-driven leadership style
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on problem solving
- A passion for rural healthcare and community impact
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or a related field required. Will consider relevant experience in exchange for education requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business or operational management or other supervisory experience required; broad knowledge of process and system improvement.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with operational networks preferred.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support Laboratory, Radiology, and Respiratory Therapy services
- Inspire and develop department managers and clinical teams
- Champion quality, safety, and compliance (CLIA, CMS, and more)
- Partner with physicians and leaders to improve workflows and patient experience
- Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance
- Drive innovation, technology optimization, and best practices
- Represent ECMC through community engagement and collaboration
