Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: Typical functions include, but are not limited to, gathering, manipulating and summarizing data for plan reviews, mid-year reports, benchmarking reports and providing ongoing analysis throughout the year. Analyzing claims data and reporting on possible future costs will be critical functions for this role. This position will project manage the development, preparation and interpretation of client deliverables in addition to managing a team of people who do the same. If qualified, providing actuarial certification to support consultant and client work.

  • 3 years work experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in finance, mathematics, economics or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Actuarial experience/certification and/or Underwriting experience Preferred not Required
  • Masters Degree preferred.
  • 5 years of pricing and/or financial analysis experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of health insurance, managed care, or prescription drug industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide utilization and cost analyses to support a sustainable pharmacy benefit, utilizing enterprise analytic and predictive models and data analysis tools.
  • Create an analytical environment that enhances pharmacy cost decisions to maximize utilization of these tools.
  • Support the business process and systems to ensure integrity of the data warehouse.
  • Drive the development of new and refine/extend existing business intelligence dashboards supporting all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate RFP procurement process, evaluation modeling, and financial/contract market results
  • Create ad hoc reporting based on customized client requests.
  • Evaluate actual performance against individual contract terms and definitions to determine potential reconciliation amounts.
  • Educate field based team on OneDigital proprietary analytics tools
  • Present information to Executive Leadership in support of their review and approval of pricing offers.
