The Technology Director, Technology & Analytics serves as a strategic and operational leader across a leading OEM Dealer Digital program’s technology ecosystem. This role provides stability and thoughtful evolution across Salesforce, automation bots, Tableau reporting, and emerging AI capabilities. The role builds on an established foundation while ensuring platforms continue to scale with quality, governance, and performance. This is a hands-on technology leadership role combining platform ownership with direct people leadership. The Technology Director operates as a player-coach, leading a team of four (CRM Lead and Data & Analytics Lead among them) while remaining deeply engaged in execution. The role oversees and prioritizes team workloads, provides technical guidance and mentorship, and stays close enough to the work to ensure quality, responsiveness, and continuity as the program scales. This leader balances governance and execution, increasing throughput without sacrificing platform integrity or client confidence.
