About The Position
The Director of Alumni Relations at Milton Hershey School (MHS) is responsible for fostering connections with nearly 12,000 alumni, encouraging their active participation in supporting both current students and the growth of the school. This role involves strategic management of the Office of Alumni Relations, overseeing a five-person team, and executing various alumni-related activities and events. The director will also manage the Alumni Campus, ensuring effective facilities management and oversight of legal, financial, and educational programming for alumni and the MHS community.
