About The Position
The Director of the Alternative Risk Transfer team will be responsible for driving execution of strategic initiatives related to Alternative Risk Transfer (ART). This includes supporting marketing, execution, and ongoing client service for ART transactions, developing processes to enhance client service, and collaborating with clients and colleagues to create innovative risk transfer solutions. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical competence in broking, and the ability to work in a complex environment. This position is hybrid, allowing for both virtual and in-office work in New York, NY.
