About The Position
The Director of Agronomy Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for agronomy operations across multiple locations. This role ensures efficient, safe, and consistent execution of agronomy services including crop input handling, field application, and operational logistics. The Director leads regional operations teams, drives operational excellence, and develops standardized systems and processes to improve efficiency, safety, and service delivery. This position aligns agronomy operations with company growth objectives while supporting agronomy sales and customer success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of agronomy or agricultural operations experience.
- 5+ years managing multi-location operations or large teams.
- Strong knowledge of crop production and agronomy practices.
- Experience implementing SOPs and operational systems.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
