Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Advancement to lead and elevate their development and marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role plays a critical part in strengthening fundraising systems, deepening donor relationships, expanding community outreach, and driving both philanthropic and earned revenue. The Director of Advancement will manage paid and volunteer team members, oversee donor stewardship, conduct prospect research, and help guide the organization toward long‑term strategic goals—including preparation for a future capital campaign. You will also partner closely with internal leadership and external service providers to design and implement a robust annual marketing plan that aligns with the organization's multifaceted revenue model.
