About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Director of Admissions, onsite at our South Plainfeild, NJ campus, who will provide leadership in student recruitment, empower campus admission goals, and develop strong internal and external relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership
• Prior experience in a for profit Career School environment highly desired
• Proficiency with current technology

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our programs
• Lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership
• Provide staff training, development, and mentorship
• Direct the team to deliver company goals
• Collect, analyze, and use data to improve recruitment efforts
• Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students
