The Director of Admissions provides strategic leadership for the campus Admissions department to achieve enrollment goals while ensuring compliance with institutional policies, regulatory standards, and admissions best practices. This role oversees recruitment strategy, team performance, and operational effectiveness, using data-driven decision-making to enhance enrollment outcomes and the prospective student experience. Based on demonstrated performance, this role may be designated as Senior or Master Campus Director of Enrollment. This role ensures the enrollment process effectively attracts and enrolls qualified students while supporting institutional growth and student success.
