About The Position

MANAGES, DIRECTS, AND COORDINATES ACTIVITIES OF THE CAMPUS’S ADMISSIONS DEPARTMENT, AS DIRECTED BY THE CAMPUS PRESIDENT.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a sales, management, or sales management position.
  • Registration or licensure may be required pursuant to applicable state regulations and/or standards of accreditation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures, and operates within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation at all times.
  • Successfully completes all admissions-related training programs, and displays thorough knowledge of all admissions-related training materials, policies, and procedures, as well as admissions-related documents including, but not limited to, the relevant Application and Enrollment Agreement(s) and Campus Catalog(s).
  • Conducts interviews and makes recommendations on matters related to the hiring, promotion, demotion, training, and termination of Campus Admissions personnel, working in coordination with the Director of Campus Administration and, in some instances, with the RVP.
  • Supervises, coordinates, and customarily and regularly directs the work of all employees within the Admissions Department at the Campus (or multiple Campuses, as assigned).
  • Conducts training and coaching of Campus Admissions Representatives and administrative staff.
  • Achieves enrollment volume goals for the Campus(es) as set by Corporate Officers, including the RVP, in a fully compliant fashion and in keeping with the Company’s Vision statement and Mission statement.
  • Attends and participates (as requested) in new student orientation sessions and graduation ceremonies.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as reasonably requested by the Director of Campus Administration and RVP.
  • Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel.
  • Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus(es) and the Company.
  • Performs the job on site when required. Remote work is appropriate when onsite work is not required. Subject to change if superseded by Human Resource policy regarding remote work.
  • Travels as required.
