About The Position
The Director of Admissions at Fisk University is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, management, and operations of the Office of Admissions. This role focuses on effectively recruiting and enrolling a diverse and talented student body, leading a dynamic team, and developing data-driven recruitment strategies. The Director collaborates with various campus departments to meet enrollment goals and reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Student Success.
