About The Position
Hendrix College is seeking a full-time, 12-month Director of Admission. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment, the Director of Admission is responsible for managing the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of first-year and transfer students. In addition to managing an assigned recruitment territory, this innovative leader will oversee 5 territory managers and will guide the team in strategic recruitment planning, paying special attention to creating a personalized approach in all recruiting efforts. The Director of Admission will serve as the primary contact point for the admission evaluation process. This member of the enrollment leadership team will be highly visible on and off campus and will foster a culture of excellence, enthusiasm, and collaboration.
