The Director of Administrative Services r ole is responsible for operational oversight of the Atlanta Command Center, the Atlanta Behavioral Health Connections, and the Atlanta BH Urgent Care Center. The Director of Admi nistrative Services is is responsible for operational oversight of the Atlanta Command Center, the Atlanta Behavioral Health Connections, and the Atlanta BH Urgent Care Center. The Director of Administrative Services is responsible for ensuring quality performance metrics are met for each department and that metrics are assigned to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree, Prefer Masters in Business/Psycology or related filed.
  • Current Drivers License.
  • 5-8 year similiar work experience, prefer 8-10 years

Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic leadership by aligning departmental goals with company objectives and guiding daily operations with Divisional VP and BHC VP
  • Colloborates with Senior Leadership, (Business Development, VPs, C-Suite for covered programs) to align KPIs, reporting expectations, and strategic intiatives
  • Colloboartes with community stakeholders to ensure to meet and understanding of needs
  • Develop scalable, replicable processes that support growth
