About The Position

As a Director of Acquisitions, you’ll originate, negotiate, and close wireless real‑estate transactions nationwide. This is a hunter‑style role (with leads provided) where you own your pipeline, structure deals, and drive results—supported by experienced deal teams, strong leadership, and best‑in‑class systems. This position is based in our UTC San Diego office. The first 90 days are fully in‑office (half‑day Fridays) to support onboarding, training, and team integration. Following that period, eligibility to participate in TowerPoint’s hybrid work model becomes available based on role and team needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales‑driven or deal‑oriented environment
  • 2–5 years of experience originating or managing complex transactions, with a strong track record of outbound activity and deal execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively
  • Highly organized and self‑directed, with the ability to manage multiple active deals and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • A competitive, results‑driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to close deals consistently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital infrastructure, telecommunications, commercial real estate, financial services, or mortgage banking is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of financial concepts such as Time Value of Money, risk/reward analysis, and market pricing dynamics (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Originate and close telecommunications real‑estate acquisitions
  • Build relationships with property owners and advisors
  • Manage deals from first contact through execution and closing
  • Use Salesforce and performance dashboards to manage pipeline and results
