About The Position
The Global Director OE Operations Fuels and Motion Control (FMC) at Eaton's Aerospace Sector is responsible for leading manufacturing operations and continuous improvement activities across nine FMC sites in the U.S. and U.K. This role involves driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency, while engaging cross-functional resources to implement disciplined processes and procedures. The Director will report to the Senior Vice President for the FMC division and will be a key member of the FMC Leadership Team, focusing on operational strategy and performance improvement.
