New York LifeNew York, NY
$119,000 - $170,000Hybrid

About The Position

NYL.com is evolving from a traditional corporate website into a structured, composable digital platform, an enterprise asset that serves as New York Life’s authoritative content origin and owned experience engine across human and AI-driven channels. As AI changes how information is discovered and consumed, dotcom’s role shifts from destination to origin, ensuring the company’s content authority and experience quality wherever audiences encounter New York Life. Enabled by a move to cloud-based headless architecture, the platform is being reconceived as a multi-audience, intent-driven system that delivers dynamically composed experiences, deepens interactive capabilities like interaction tools, calculators, and conversion pathways, and generates data signals that inform content strategy, personalization, and business decisions. The Director of NYL.com Product Management for Institutional Audiences (e.g., institutional investors, non-NYL financial professionals, small businesses, employers, and plan sponsors) drives this evolution for the institutional segment, owning the product strategy, roadmap, and data-driven capabilities that serve. This role manages the unique complexity of compliance-sensitive, data-intensive digital experiences and works closely with peer roles responsible for consumer and corporate audiences to ensure cross-audience coherence. The Director partners with Content Strategy, Content Operations, AI Experience Product Management, Experience Design, and Technology.
