About The Position
This position is responsible for the coordination and management of a high quality and high-volume Food Service Department. Responsible for supervision of entire Nutritional Services operation, including compliance with all Federal, State and local health regulations. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in dietary department required.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of food planning, preparation, purchasing and personnel management.
- Must possess communication and teaching skills with demonstrated management ability.
- Serve Safe Certification required.
- CDM, CFPP or DSS certificate required if not Registered Dietician.
Nice To Haves
- Registered Dietician highly preferred.
