About The Position
The Director Nursing OCH Site Lead is responsible for overall management, coordination, and direction of the multiple assigned inpatient nursing units. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, collaboration with organization leadership in support of the annual operating plan, achievement of the goals of the department of nursing, hiring and retention of personnel, performance improvement activities, financial management of areas assigned, and leadership and/or participation on management team and other committees as assigned. The Site Lead, Director of Nursing is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and guidance of O'Connor Hospital. This role ensures the advancement of the mission and optimal operating effectiveness of the hospital across both inpatient and outpatient services.
