About The Position
The Director of the Nurse Anesthesia Program (NAP) at Northern Kentucky University is responsible for the overall administration of the program, including faculty and curricular leadership, professional development, and university service activities. This role involves collaboration with the Chair of the School of Nursing to mentor clinical faculty and advise students. The Director has leadership authority and accountability for the organization and administration of the NAP, participating in institutional planning, curriculum design, and governance roles within the College of Health and Human Services and the School of Nursing. The Director ensures compliance with accreditation standards and works to maintain the program's viability and quality.
