Globe Life is looking for a Director, New Business Quality & Control Management to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the quality and control management functions for the company's business units focused on policy acquisition. This leader will require a deep understanding of operations within the business areas in New Business, Underwriting, Underwriting Support, and Policy Issue to ensure efficiency, quality, effectiveness, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines through functional audits, reviews, data analysis, risk assessment and risk mitigation efforts. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
