The Director, Specialist Sales (eCommerce), Mastercard Identity is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. This is a senior sales-focused position aimed at growing Mastercard's Identity verification client portfolio and revenue by signing new customers and upgrading existing ones. You will be responsible for every aspect of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the deal, and must be comfortable engaging with all levels within an organization, from front-line staff to C-level executives. A high level of social skills, software and technical competency will be required to explain and promote our products to key stakeholders.
