About The Position

Visa Direct is a global real-time money movement platform that facilitates various consumer and business-funded use-cases such as person-to-person (P2P) transfers, person-to-micro-business transfers (e.g., payouts to shared economy providers), funds disbursements (e.g., insurance claim disbursements and earned wage access), and more. The push payments market is estimated to exceed 80 trillion dollars in payment volume globally, replacing cash, checks, and slow bank transfers with real-time money movement. A robust, multifaceted enabler ecosystem is key to growth, as they facilitate the origination of Visa Direct transactions and services by merchants. North America (N.A.) Visa Direct Channel Partners Team focuses on enabling and growing a diverse and strong Visa Direct ecosystem by powering Visa Direct payments through traditional and alternative enablement channels such as financial institutions, acquirers, processors, payment facilitators, software platforms, merchants, service providers, and fintechs. Our goals are to cultivate partnerships with enablers and bank sponsors in this ecosystem, helping them grow and optimize their money movement offerings. We support enablers and bank sponsors in activities including originator/merchant launches, enabling new payment flows, scaling strategic use cases, collaborating with various Visa internal teams and regions, and driving end-to-end optimization of program launches. We engage with strategically important acquiring bank sponsors, enablers, and originators that are critical to the success of Visa Direct. As the Director, N.A. Channel Partners for Money Movement Growth, you are responsible for managing and driving Visa Direct and other money movement solutions growth with Visa's Enablers and Bank Sponsors across North America.
