About The Position

Day-to-day you can expect the following: Manage a diverse team of Technical Program Managers; coaching, mentoring, and leading the team while providing opportunities for career growth Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are regional in nature, understanding dependencies and accounting for complexity relative to scope/schedule and budgets Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved effectiveness of the organization Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Project Management, Program Management or proven technical equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, and leading a team
  • Experience with varying scenarios of data center infrastructure builds and network augmentations.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical and electrical systems)
  • Ability to inspire confidence in executive leaders and motivate team members
  • Experience leading through ambiguity; proven track record of implementing solutions that improve delivery
  • Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across teams
  • Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
