About The Position
The Director - Maintenance Operations and Planning Technology will be responsible for leading a team that will drive the modernization, development, execution, and operational support of the product portfolio supporting our Tech Ops Maintenance Operations and Planning & OSV teams. This role must establish and maintain strong business relationships with both senior and operating level business leaders and be the key interface point of contact with the business. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results that enhance operational efficiency and improve overall business performance. This role will focus primarily on the technology areas supporting Maintenance Operations (which includes Line and Heavy Mx Execution), Planning (which includes Line and Heavy Mx), Heavy Mx OSV and GSE/Facilities areas of Tech Ops.
