Please note: This role will be a dedicated resource for one of our premiere clients. The candidate is required to be onsite, 5 days a week, at the client’s Stamford, Connecticut office What we offer You'll prepare daily reconciliations of positions and trades between client records and prime brokers, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. You'll work closely with prime brokers to resolve trade breaks and maintain smooth operational processes. You'll manage monthly reconciliations of tri-party positions, cash, market values, and accruals, while also preparing performance estimates for COO clients. You'll review Administrator NAV packages each month, update portfolio accounting systems when necessary, and build and maintain fund accrual schedules. You'll process corporate actions such as dividends, splits, and mergers for client portfolios, while serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.
