About The Position
The position of Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, Global Supply Chain will support the Vice President, Global Strategy, Project Management Office and Continuous Improvement in supply chain-specific workstreams related to Merger & Acquisitions. As the Director, Mergers and Acquisitions for Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by partnering with Corporate Strategy, functions (legal, finance, HR), businesses and consulting M&A experts to advance M&A planning and execution for Solventum. You will leverage external M&A expertise to guide and make 'best practice' recommendations to supply chain leadership, lead the supply chain integration strategy and road map for successful integration both short-term and long-term, and establish critical supply chain workstreams to ensure resources are allocated appropriately to meet established deliverables and timelines within the broader deal timeline.
