Origis Energy is seeking an experienced M&A professional to lead and execute the company’s utility scale solar and energy storage business growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and closing attractive project and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. The position will serve as an integral leadership role as part of a high performing M&A team responsible for all aspects of profitable growth, expansion via mergers and acquisitions, and capital recycling. The role provides an opportunity to join a leading, vertically integrated renewable energy developer with an extensive portfolio of operating and under construction projects along with a growing pipeline of utility scale solar and energy storage projects.
