About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead membership sales, annual sales and develop digital and customer journey strategies across our eastern region. You’ll oversee regional managers and property-level teams, driving revenue and customer satisfaction while ensuring our sales and marketing strategies stay current, creative, and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in membership, annual sales, vacation ownership, real estate or subscription business models.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead large, distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate sales teams across the region to achieve and exceed membership and annual sales goals.
  • Develop both short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop regional sales managers to strengthen leadership, execution, and team performance.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving lead generation, follow-up, and lead-to-sale conversion rates.
  • Research competitive markets to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Take on additional projects and initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
  • Travel throughout the region to visit properties, conduct audits, and support onsite teams.
