Requirements

Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, Health, or allied field required.
Licensed Registered Nurse, New York State
Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements, electronic medical record, and budgeting
7+ Years of Experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing with progressive leadership responsibility required

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for patient care delivery across six Med/Surg units and the oncology service line
Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer to advance innovative nursing care models
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
Oversee staffing, budgeting, and optimal utilization of nursing resources
Lead, mentor, and develop Nurse Managers and frontline nursing staff
Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, collaboration, and Magnet excellence
