As the Director of Media Portfolio and Operations, you’ll lead the strategy, governance, and operational systems and process that keep our media investment engine running effectively. You’ll guide a team responsible for advertising operations, media portfolio management, planning workflows, and performance visibility while partnering closely with marketing, Best Buy Ads, finance, and analytics. This role is ideal for a seasoned people leader who excels at simplifying complexity, driving alignment, and building scalable operational foundations. This role is remote eligible, which means you will work virtually from home or another non Best Buy location. As part of this role, there will be travel between Chicago, New York, and Minnesota, estimated at approximately 10–25%.
