We are hiring a Director to join our Planning and Business Leadership team in a full time temporary role from March through June. As a champion of media planning and strategy, the Director, Media, is responsible for delivering a level of innovation and excellence in work. This requires an in-depth understanding of communications and media strategy, cross-channel planning, and the intricacies of online and offline media activation and campaign performance analysis. You have 6+ years of experience in an integrated cross-channel media planning role. You are passionate about consumer behavior, digital media, technology, and data. You have strong POVs, engaging in industry and agency thought leadership. ' This role is hybrid, and requires working onsite at our New York office, with flexibility to work from home You can toggle between the strategic and executional sides, because knowing the technical allows you to craft a stronger strategy. You are comfortable explaining media theories and technology to clients, partners, and internal teams. You take away the smoke and mirrors and are a teacher and mentor to your team. You enjoy building relationships with clients, as well as new business prospects and partner agencies. You have an entrepreneurial streak and are excited about building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities. You are looking for a place to learn, push and build something special, and want to do it in a collaborative environment. You should be comfortable in a casual environment where the structure is loose, and the only limitations are your own.
